Getting started as an administrator

Thank you for choosing Zunderwork as your learning management system (LMS). As an administrator, you are responsible for managing training, adding new courses, and ensuring a great learning experience for your employees. Here is a quick guide to get you started.

#Your account

Your account is also your gateway to the Zunderwork platform for administrators. With your account, you can log in, create courses and tests, manage employees and track their progress, and follow courses yourself.

#I don't have an account yet

To get started, you need to create an account on the Zunderwork platform. If you're just starting as an organization, it works a bit differently than a normal organization. If you have been in contact with us, we may have already set up something for you.

If that's not the case, you can easily do this yourself. You can create an account and an organization on the onboarding page for companies. This is also for organizations, foundations, or any form of organization that wants to use Zunderwork. You can create an account and an organization there, after which you can get started right away.

We will ask you for some additional information here. Keep some details handy.

• Your own name, email address, and password.
• The name of your organization.
• The approximate number of employees you expect to have.
• If in the Netherlands, your Chamber of Commerce number.
• Your address details.
• If in Europe, your VAT number.

That sounds like a lot, but don't worry, it's done quickly. Once you've done this, we'll create your organization. You don't need to enter payment details. You can view and test Zunderwork for free for the first three days. There are of course limitations on the number of users you can invite.

Once the three days are over, you can easily purchase a license yourself, or if you need customization or help, contact us.

#I already have an account

Nice and simple! You can log in directly to the Zunderwork platform. Click the button below to go to the login page.

Once you're logged in, you can get started right away. You can create courses and tests, manage employees and track their progress, and follow courses yourself.

#Two-factor authentication makes your organization extra secure

Zunderwork also offers the option to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This is an extra security layer for your account, where in addition to your login method, you also need to confirm your login action. We offer two options for this.

• Authenticator app: You can use an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, to generate a one-time code that you need to enter when logging in.
• SMS: You can also choose to receive a one-time code via SMS on your phone, which you then need to enter when logging in.

We encourage you to set up 2FA because it makes your account extra secure. If you have set up 2FA, you will be asked to complete the extra verification step when logging in.

As an administrator, you can also require 2FA for all users in your organization. In that case, all users must set up 2FA to access the platform and courses. This does raise the barrier for registration a bit, but makes your training environment extra secure.
