Getting started as a learner

Welcome to Zunderwork! If you're here, you're probably a learner or employee who needs to complete a course. No worries, we're here to help you get the most out of your learning experience. Here's a quick guide to get you started.

Your account

Your account is your gateway to the Zunderwork platform. With your account, you can log in, follow courses, and track your progress.

I don't have an account yet

To get started, you need to create an account on the Zunderwork platform. You should have received an email from us, your organization, or employer with an invitation. You can click on a link or button there to go to the registration page.

You may also have received a code. You can enter this on the registration page, after which you will automatically be linked to the correct organization.

You can also click the button below to go directly to the registration page. It is also possible to create an account without a registration code.

Warning

If you create an account without a registration code, you will not be a member of the organization for which you need to complete a course. You will then not be automatically linked to the correct courses. In that case, contact your organization or administrator so they can use the correct email address and you can still be invited.

I have an account

If you already have an account, you can log in directly to the Zunderwork platform. Click the button below to go to the login page.

Open the login page

When logging in, you have several options to choose from.

  • You can log in with an email link that we send to your email address. This is usually a button you can click.
  • You can log in with your email address and password.

Logging in with a password only works if you set a password when creating your account, or later in your settings. Otherwise, you can only log in with a one-time code or link.

Two-factor authentication makes your account extra secure

Zunderwork also offers the option to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This is an extra security layer for your account, where in addition to your login method, you also need to confirm your login action. We offer two options for this.

  • Authenticator app: You can use an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, to generate a one-time code that you need to enter when logging in.
  • SMS: You can also choose to receive a one-time code via SMS on your phone, which you then need to enter when logging in.

We encourage you to set up 2FA because it makes your account extra secure. If you have set up 2FA, you will be asked to complete the extra verification step when logging in.

It is possible that your organization or employer requires 2FA. In that case, you must set up 2FA to access the platform and courses.

What's next?

Our tip is to take a look at the "For learners" category on the left side. There you'll find all kinds of helpful articles and tips to get the most out of your learning experience. Including the article "The course overview". That continues directly from where you left off.

If you want to know more about courses, you can also take a look at the "The course environment" article. If you want more information about accessibility, it's best to look at the "Accessibility in courses" article.
