Plans and billing

Everything is under Organization, Billing: which plan you are on, how many seats you are using, your invoices, and the details that appear on them.

What you pay for

Every feature is in every plan. There are no modules to buy, no per-course charges, and no setup fee. What you pay for is the size of your team, so a plan is simply a seat count.

A seat is one active member. Deactivating someone frees their seat straight away, which is what makes the count manageable when people come and go.

Your subscription at a glance

The top of the page shows your plan, how many of your seats are in use, and when the subscription renews. The status next to it is one of four.

  • Trial: you are inside the free period, with a countdown of the days left.
  • Active: everything is running normally.
  • Payment due: a payment did not go through. Worth fixing quickly.
  • Restricted: there is no active subscription. Courses, uploads and invitations are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Choosing or switching a plan

Plans are listed with monthly and yearly pricing, excluding VAT, each showing how many team members it covers. Your current one is marked, and any other can be chosen directly.

Before you can check out, your billing details have to be complete: a billing contact who receives the invoices, a billing address, and your VAT number if you have one. We check VAT numbers live against the EU VIES database, so a typo is caught immediately rather than on the invoice.

Switching plans works the same way as choosing your first one. Pick the plan you want and confirm.

Info

A billing email address can only belong to one organization. If you run two organizations on Zunderwork, each needs its own billing email.

Invoices

Every invoice is listed with its date and amount, and can be downloaded as a PDF whenever you need it, including long after the fact.

Cancelling

Cancel subscription ends the plan. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the organization becomes restricted rather than deleted: your courses, people and progress stay exactly where they are, and choosing a plan again brings everything back.

We ask why you are leaving. It is optional, and it is read by people rather than a form.

Tip

If you are cancelling because your training is seasonal and you will be back, there is nothing to prepare. Restricted is a pause, not an ending. What it does stop is new invitations, uploads and course activity, so time the cancellation for after your current group has finished.
