Getting started as an administrator
Thank you for choosing Zunderwork as your learning management system (LMS). As an administrator, you are responsible for managing training, adding new courses, and ensuring a great learning experience for your employees. Here is a quick guide to get you started.
Your account
Your account is also your gateway to the Zunderwork platform for administrators. With your account, you can log in, create courses and tests, manage employees and track their progress, and follow courses yourself.
I don't have an account yet
To get started, you need to create an account on the Zunderwork platform. If you're just starting as an organization, it works a bit differently than a normal organization. If you have been in contact with us, we may have already set up something for you.
If that's not the case, you can easily do this yourself. You can create an account and an organization on the onboarding page for companies. This is also for organizations, foundations, or any form of organization that wants to use Zunderwork. You can create an account and an organization there in a couple of minutes.
We will ask you for a few things here. Keep them handy.
- Your own name and email address.
- A password, if you want one. It is optional, because you can also sign in with a link we email you.
- The name of your organization.
- The approximate number of employees you expect to have.
That is all at this stage. Your address, your VAT number and your Chamber of Commerce number are only needed when you choose a plan, and you fill those in under plans and billing at that point.
We then email you a link. Following it activates your account and starts your trial, so keep an eye on your inbox.
You do not need to enter payment details. Zunderwork is free for the first 30 days, and during that period your organization has room for five active members. Once the trial is over you can choose a plan yourself, or contact us if you need help or something tailored.
I already have an account
Nice and simple! You can log in directly to the Zunderwork platform. Click the button below to go to the login page.
Once you're logged in, you can get started right away. You can create courses and tests, manage employees and track their progress, and follow courses yourself.
Two-factor authentication makes your organization extra secure
Zunderwork also offers two-factor authentication (2FA): an extra layer of security where, on top of your login method, you confirm with a one-time code from an authenticator app or by text message. Setting it up on your own account is covered under securing your account.
As an administrator you can go further and require 2FA for everyone in your organization, so nobody logs in without it. It raises the barrier for signing up a little, and it makes your training environment considerably safer. You will find it under security and support access.
