Getting started as a learner
Welcome to Zunderwork! If you're here, you're probably a learner or employee who needs to complete a course. No worries, we're here to help you get the most out of your learning experience. Here's a quick guide to get you started.
Your account
Your account is your gateway to the Zunderwork platform. With your account, you can log in, follow courses, and track your progress.
I don't have an account yet
To get started, you need to create an account on the Zunderwork platform. You should have received an email from us, your organization, or employer with an invitation. You can click on a link or button there to go to the registration page.
The link in that email carries your invitation with it. Following it opens the registration page with the invitation already attached, so you end up in the right organization without typing anything in.
You can also open the registration page with the button below. That creates an account on its own, with no invitation attached to it.

If you already have an account, you can log in directly to the Zunderwork platform. Click the button below to go to the login page.
When logging in, you have several options to choose from.
- You can log in with an email link that we send to your email address. This is usually a button you can click.
- You can log in with your email address and password.
Logging in with a password only works if you set a password when creating your account, or later in your settings. Otherwise, you can only log in with a one-time code or link.
Two-factor authentication makes your account extra secure
Zunderwork also offers two-factor authentication (2FA): an extra layer of security where, on top of your login method, you confirm with a one-time code from an authenticator app or by text message.
We encourage you to set it up, and your organization or employer may require it. How to set it up, how to choose between an app and text messages, and what happens when an organization requires it are covered under securing your account.
